Dougie’s in the Trossachs taking in the view at Loch Katrine. He visits the new three-storey watchtower on the site credited as the birthplace of Scottish tourism, made famous in Sir Walter Scott’s blockbuster poem The Lady of the Lake.

Cammy’s in Fife to find out why farmers are growing rye for whisky distillers. Shahbaz is on the loose in the Angus glens finding out how thermal drones are being used to locate wildlife. Anne is in Shetland, meeting the chef who’s been adding a pinch of spice to local produce since he moved to the islands. And we meet adventurer Will Hall in a forest in the Highlands for the first part of his masterclass in bushcraft basics.
