Round Midnight is presented by award-winning saxophonist Soweto Kinch. This weekday late-night show celebrates the thriving UK jazz scene and spotlights the best new music alongside incredible acts from past decades.

Fridays on 'Round Midnight sound a little different, featuring in depth conversations, live sessions and mixtapes. This time Soweto welcomes long time London resident, the Italian keys player and producer Maria Chiara Argir貌, onto the show.

A regular feature on the UK jazz and electronic music scenes for the past decade, Maria's most recent album Closer came out earlier this year. Her mixtape features collaborators including Jamie Leeming and Chiminyo, contemporaries Valia Calda and Alabaster dePlume and US players Aaron Parks and Kassa Overall.
