Theo Randall launches the menu with a delicious Italian fish supper before Gemma Ogston cooks up her veggie-packed rainbow curry.

Yotam Ottolenghi makes an epic rolled pavlova topped with blackberries and peaches, while Sabrina Ghayour cooks a Sunday lunch of harissa roast lamb with a refreshing peach, feta and mint salad.

Helen McGinn has a rundown of the negroni, including a couple of twists on the classic cocktail. And Mo Gilligan faces his food heaven, curried goat with rice and peas, or his food hell, panettone bread and butter pudding with vanilla custard.

Meanwhile, Rick Stein heads to a family-run deer farm in Cornwall, Dame Mary Berry rustles up comforting and delicious recipes, and Clive Myrie enjoys the many culinary delights of Italy.
