'Round Midnight is presented by award-winning saxophonist Soweto Kinch. This weekday late-night show celebrates the thriving UK jazz scene and spotlights the best new music alongside incredible acts from past decades.

Fridays on 'Round Midnight sound a little different, featuring in depth conversations, mixtapes and live sessions with some of the genre's brightest stars like Emma Rawicz - a Radio 3 New Generation Artist from 2024-2026, following in the footsteps of contemporary greats like Shabaka, Laura Jurd and Gwilym Simcock.

The saxophonist, composer and bandleader performs three exclusive, unreleased pieces of new music at The Premises Studios in Hackney. She also speaks to Soweto about her beginnings, career so far, and how synaesthesia has impacted her approach to playing.
