The mum making mental health a talking point

M&S in partnership with Young Minds is encouraging its workers to talk about mental health. Local woman Tracey Woods speaks powerfully about using the service.

The mother who has had to navigate life as a single parent after her husband died by suicide. Tracey Woods speaks honestly about trying to understand, finding the voice to tell her 4 kids, how to deal with depression, and, most of all, as a parent talking it out. It is an important conversation. She is joined by Olly Parker from Young Minds to discuss the crisis in children and young people's mental health help.
Also Úna Mulgrew from the Royal National Institute for the Blind on her role as a "connector" and just because you are blind or partially sighted doesn't mean you can't do sports.
It's all about connections and new beginnings today.
And Lynette, despite being a Tyrone women, is celebrating Armagh's GAA All Ireland Senior Football Championship win and she remembers ±«Óãtv Radio Ulster legendary broadcaster and friend, John Bennett.
