Live from the Royal Albert Hall on the day of the First Night of the 2024 ±«Óătv Proms, Georgia Mann plays tracks from some of the great works and artists coming up across the season.

Live from the Royal Albert Hall on the day of the First Night of the 2024 Proms, Georgia Mann soaks up the atmosphere as she plays a super-charged playlist of great music showcasing the pieces and artists coming up across the Proms season.

Georgia is joined live by guests including double bassist Chi-chi Nwanoku, founder of Chineke! orchestra, which this year brings Duke Ellington’s jazzed-up take on Tchaikovsky’s ballet The Nutcracker and pianist-composer Stewart Goodyear’s celebration of Caribbean music, Callaloo, to the Proms. There's also exclusive live music from superb vocal ensembles The King's Singers and Voces8, who are at the Royal Albert Hall this morning rehearsing for their Prom on Sunday.

Plus, we'll hear specially recorded voice notes from multi-talented violinist/counter-tenor/conductor Jakub Józef OrliƄski, who'll be performing in a Late Night Prom with baroque ensemble Il Pomo d'Oro, and Dame Evelyn Glennie, who brings Jennifer Higdon's exuberant Percussion Concerto to the Proms at Bristol Beacons.
