It’s the biggest scam call centre the team have ever come across, and one of its agents has lured in a man who believes he’s talking to internet giant Amazon. He thinks they owe him money for a subscription he doesn’t want, but in fact they’ve got control of his phone, and they’re about to fleece him for cash. It’s up to Rav and the team to try and stop them.
