Harvey comes to believe that a man he put away for murder years ago is innocent and sets about proving it with the help of fresh evidence. But the powers that be at Pearson Hardman aren't too keen on him representing a convicted murderer, especially as the victim went to a private school where many of the firm's clients also send their children.

Mike is once again tasked with assisting Harvey – he'll need all the help he can get, and that means asking a big favour of Rachel. But will their conflicted mutual feelings get in the way?
