Chancellor Jeremy Hunt will deliver the Budget today, outlining the government's tax and spending plans. He's expected to cut National Insurance for workers by another 2p - it also fell by 2p in last year's Autumn Statement. At the weekend, Finance Secretary Shona Robison urged the chancellor not to cut taxes in Wednesday's Budget.
Ms Robison told ±«Óãtv Scotland's The Sunday Show the UK government should prioritise investment in public services.
