Episode 6

The boys have made it to the Arctic Circle, where they get up close and personal with the local wildlife, call in on pop star Dagny, before a stopping off at the very edge of Europe.

It’s literally the end of the road as Martin and Phil reach the edge of Europe. But first they have to go through Hell (the village) in order to jump on a plane and travel the 500 miles to Tromsø.

The duo try a different mode of transport as Phil finally gets into the driving seat and leads a pack of dogs through the landscape. They also encounter Norway’s native wildlife with the lynx, which once flourished in Scotland and now animal campaigners want to release it back to the Highlands. Martin gets face to face with three massive wolves and is welcomed to the pack with a close encounter of the howling kind.

The pair then head to Tromsø to meet local hero and international pop star Dagny to explore how Norway’s northern enclaves inspire her music. She then sends them on their final leg to Nordkapp with a sneak peak of her new track ringing in their ears.

The final destination beckons as Martin and Phil take to the skies one last time to head to Honningsvåg, a tiny town at the edge of Norway where the boys go hunting for king crab and have a singalong with some of the young locals. It's then time to say some final emotional goodbyes to the country they have called home for the last month.
