A weekend away for those leading the intelligence war in Northern Ireland turns to disaster when the Chinook helicopter they are travelling in goes down on the Mull of Kintyre.
2024 is the thirtieth anniversary of the devastating helicopter crash that wiped out a generation of Northern Ireland’s top intelligence personnel. The families of the victims are still on the hunt for answers.
This two-part limited series allows the families to share their stories and experiences. Experts offer their thoughts on what went wrong that fateful night as journalists uncover what the MoD and RAF did not want the families and general public to know.
