Cerys chats to Cat Power about recreating Bob Dylan's infamous 1966 concert at The Royal Albert Hall. And Cerys catches up with soul singer Jalen Ngonda during his UK tour.

Cerys chats to Cat Power about recreating Bob Dylan's infamous 1966 concert and releasing the recording from her performance at The Royal Albert Hall as an album. Cat Power also gifts Cerys the exclusive first play of her live version of It’s All Over Now, Baby Blue.

Bob Dylan's 1966 show at the Manchester Free Trade Hall was known as the Royal Albert Hall Concert due to some mislabelling, but it was at this historic and now iconic performance that Bob Dylan switched from acoustic to electric midway through the show. Cat Power recreated this performance in November 2022, keeping the set list the same and also switching between acoustic and electric half way through. Cat Power aka Chan Marshall has released eleven studio albums and previously covered Bob Dylan's Stuck Inside of Mobile with the Memphis Blues Again for the soundtrack to the 2007 film I'm Not There.

Also, Cerys catches up with soul singer Jalen Ngonda who is midway through his UK tour. Jalen grew up in a musical household near Washington D.C and has been writing songs since he was 14. His debut album Come Around And Love Me was released in September.

That's all nestled alongside a soundtrack hand-picked by Cerys filled with her favourite new finds, classics and hidden gems.
