Seonaid Aitken celebrates the ±«Óătv at 100 with a survey of jazz through the decades from the 1920’s to the present time, in the company of musician and broadcaster Alyn Shipton who picks some of his favourite jazz tracks including cuts from Ken Snakehips Johnson and his West Indian Dance Band, Humphrey Lyttelton and Claire Martin. Plus pianist Richard Michael’s Song Book features Billy Strayhorn’s jazz standard ‘Day Dream’ alongside tracks by Poppy Ajudha and Celeste recorded especially for the 30th Birthday celebrations for the TV show ‘Later
 with Jools Holland’.
