Three sisters join John to share their story of fostering over fifty children. John also learns about power-chair user Cinzia Savonitti on her journey to becoming a dancer. He catches up with local artist Anna McKeever on her portrayal of the soul of Ireland, and has the craic with George Ezra’s Trombonist, Matthew Benson, from Newry. Meanwhile chef Paula McIntyre cooks something John decides should be called a Flapplecake.
