The world of prize draws is growing rapidly and now a survey has revealed that consumers spent £117 million on entering using a credit card with one in ten of those getting into debt. The Lotteries Council and lottery organisers are calling for the government to regulate these competitions and for a clampdown on credit cards being used to pay for entry. Peter White talks to Nigel Atkinson from Jumbo Interactive about what they found in their research and what they're calling on the Government to do.
