The holidaymakers denied refunds from Covid tests - after their holidays were cancelled.

For many holidaymakers, it’s been a struggle to find the right PCR tests at a reasonable price when booking a holiday. So when TUI, the UK's largest tour operator, went into a partnership with Chronomics, it seemed to solve the problem. But our reporter Jon Douglas has been hearing from people who failed to get their results on time - while others say they had difficulties getting refunds for unused test kits after their holidays were cancelled by TUI.

Has working from home seen a rise in people experiencing back problems and seeking treatment? Research from the British Chiropractic Association says that one in three 18-24-year olds have experienced back pain in lockdown. A higher percentage than those aged over 55. We hear from someone who experienced back pain after working from home during lockdown and how they got help, and speak to Catherine Quinn, President of the British Chiropractic Association.

And peer-to-peer car sharing services have been thriving during the past year. It seems people nervous about using public transport alongside those working from home wanting to earn money from cars they’re not using has combined to give the industry a boost. But with workers beginning to return to the office will the good times continue? We speak to Andy Hibbert, the CEO and founder of Karshare, who says not only is business good, they plan to expand into more cities across the UK this year.
