This Boxing Day we take a look back at some of our favourite walks and cycles sent from all across the country during lockdown. Plus, as we continue to embrace all things Scandinavian, we enjoy the delights of a Norwegian Christmas in a friluftsliv style.

We hear from two Norwegian guests, Siri Meland from Norsk Friluftsliv and Kirsti Dinnis from the Norwegian Scottish Association about their Christmas traditions. We attempt to recreate some Norwegian festive delicacies including glogg and risgrynsgr枚t (mulled wine and rice grain porridge) and learn some Norwegian songs and folklore.

Mark, Euan and Helen look back on some of their own recordings from throughout the year. Euan鈥檚 on a bike ride, Helen鈥檚 taking a swim and Mark heads up Bennachie in the dark.

Plus some of our favourite walks from Ullapool, Glasgow and Stirling sent in by friends of the programme.
