The government's Green 鲍鱼tvs Grant launches today - offering homeowners up to 拢5000 towards the cost of works to make their houses warmer. We look at how the scheme works, and how much insulation, or a new efficient heating system might cost you.

You & Yours has already heard reports of increased cold calling and fraud since the scheme was announced, from people claiming to be associated with it. We speak to Trading Standards about protecting yourself from scammers.
Many people with no previous experience of the welfare system are now living on Universal Credit. In the first few weeks of the lockdown, claims hit record levels with six times more people applying for Universal Credit than in the same period the year before. Five and a half million people are living on it now. We talk to someone who has lost all of their income and is struggling to pay their mortgage, alongside one of the original architects of Universal Credit, Baroness Philippa Stroud.
This year we've become increasing reliant on the internet to live our daily lives - working from home, shopping and socialising with family and friends have all been reliant on online access. It's estimated that nine million people struggle to use the internet independently, what can be done to ensure they're not left behind?
