Holiday prices; Nurseries; Amazon Prime scam

After cancelled holidays and vouchers instead of refunds, what are holidaymakers likely to get for their money in 2021? Plus how children's nurseries are preparing to reopen.

The chances of going on an overseas holiday this summer appear to have been almost wiped out, so what about next year instead? Some people who have been given vouchers instead of cash refunds by their holiday companies have been looking at what is available in 2021, and finding prices are up. Bookings for next year are already up 112% on the same time last year, which is pushing prices up, as the cost is based on supply and demand. So is it worth waiting to book for next year?

Nurseries in England are going to be reopening their doors for pre-school age children from the first of June, as long as the rate of infection stays in decline over the next few weeks. But are the staff, parents and children ready for the big changes ahead? We hear from Mumsnet about a survey it has done with parents, and from the National Day Nursery Association.

Plus hear the moment when fraud reporter and You & Yours presenter, Shari Vahl takes a call from a man pretending to be from Amazon Prime. Action Fraud says the scam has cost 1500 people more than £200m since January.
