24/04/20 Beef prices in lockdown
Farmers are being paid less than the cost of production for their beef during lockdown.
The price farmers are paid for beef has fallen because of the impact of lockdown. The closure of restaurants means a much smaller market for expensive cuts like roasts and steaks. Presented by Charlotte Smith and produced by Beatrice Fenton.
