Nadeem goes on staycation in Wales. Exploring Europe’s capital of adventure, Nadeem tries mountain biking on a purpose-built mountain and experiences an adrenaline-fuelled ride on the fastest zip wire in the world. He also tries his hand at go-karting, meeting Caleb, a UK go-karting champion still in his teens.
Taking in the cultural riches of Wales, Nadeem visits a mythic waterfall taller than Niagara Falls, finds the architectural gem of Portmeirion, tastes a famous Welsh cake and finds out about the Welsh language and the status of sign language.
