The boys' team and presenter Karim Zeroual are in Guatemala, being introduced to the ancient Mayan ball game of pitz and experiencing a taste of local life.

The boys’ team of rugby player Franc, American footballer Reef and gymnast Sol are in Guatemala, Central America, to learn about the ancient Mayan ball game of pitz, the sport they will play in a tournament at the end of the week.

Led by presenter Karim Zeroual, their Guatemalan story sees the boys meeting head coach Javier and local Mayan teens who they will be training with all week. They attend a shaman ceremony, train in the local coffee plantations to test their strength and stamina and take part in a race across a volcanic lake on traditional Mayan flat-bottomed canoes.

Finally, they put everything they have learned into practice in a match against the locals. Dressed in the outfits of Mayan warriors, in front of a crowd and cheered on by Karim, can they beat the locals at their own game?
