Call You and Yours: Have you changed your mind about shopping online?

Call You and Yours - Have you changed your mind about online shopping? Email youandyours@bbc.co.uk and leave a phone number so we can call you back.

On today's phone-in we want to hear about your experience of shopping online.

Growth in shopping online was 3% last month, according to the Confederation of British Industry. That's the weakest growth rate in a decade.

The CBI says fashion had its weakest online sales on record - flat at 0.6 per cent in the twelve weeks to June. That's compared with growth of 8 per cent in the same period last year.

There are a lot of factors at play - lots of online retailers are looking again at whether they can afford to offer free delivery and returns, and are considering whether they also need a presence on the high street too.

Get in touch to tell us where you stand on the joys of shopping online.

Have the endless returns soured things or has online delivered all the choice, savings, and the reduction in pollution that was promised?

Whether you're a retailer or a customer - we want to hear from you.

Email youandyours@bbc.co.uk now, and leave a phone number so we can call you back.

You can phone us direct from 1100 on Tuesday 16th July - Call 03 700 100 444.
