This week John Toal meets 21 year old Phoebs Lyle, who was left paralysed after a hit-and-run incident when she was a toddler, whilst on a family holiday in Spain. Today, she is now studying Broadcast Journalism and recently wrote an article on how she forgives the person who knocked her down.

Ian McMillan is a man with an unquenchable thirst for languages. As well as being the head of German at Shimna Integrated College, he teaches classes in Spanish, Latin and Arabic. And recently, after growing up in East Belfast with no background in Irish, Ian has won an Irish writing award with his story "Clúidíní".
