Money Box Live: April tax and benefit changes

What are the main tax and benefit changes happening next month and how will they affect your income?

Ahead of the start of the new tax year Paul Lewis and guests take your questions on the tax and benefit changes which come into force from April 6th. If you work, claim welfare benefits or own or want to buy property the new rules could affect you.

With just a few weeks left of the old tax year, what last-minute steps can you take to improve your finances before it ends?

Joining Paul Lewis are welfare rights trainer Will Hadwen, Jackie Hall, Tax Partner at RSM and Jane Moore, Technical Manager at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

You can e-mail your benefit, business tax or personal tax questions now to moneybox@bbc.co.uk or on Wednesday 14th March between 1pm and 3.30pm call 03700 100 444. Standard geographic charges from landlines and mobiles will apply.
