A 17-year-old youth is charged with the murder of Karol Kelly in Derry at the weekend.

And the police say a nerve agent used to attack a former Russian spy and his daughter in Salisbury has been identified - but they've not revealed what it is. Counter terrorism officers say it's not sarin gas or the VX nerve agent - which has been used in previous attacks. Suspicion has fallen on Russia, which has denied involvement. The police are treating it as attempted murder.
