John visits the Arenacross Tour event which has burst in Belfast and meets local families taking part who share a passion for biking. Monaghan singer-songwriter Edelle McMahon performs live in the studio and Ben Mudge, aka "Thor" talks about life as a fitness coach with cystic fibrosis. Paula McIntyre's also cooking a sizzle with aromatic beef shin, udon noodles and mushrooms.
