How do you get your bread now? Helen takes a trip down memory lane back to the days when the daily bread came from a bread van delivered to your front door. Kevin Daly has written all about the tradition in the Maghera Times.Â
Johnny Fee and His Donkey Annaghmore Harvey
Did you know it's good luck to bring a donkey into the house at new year? And what about the idea of a funeral which uses a small hearse, pulled by a donkey? Helen went to meet Johnny Fee, just outside Dungannon, who is doing just that and to learn about the customs and traditions that surround them.Â
Do You Like Growing Vegetables?
Jubilee Farm in Drumalis are planning to transform what is an overgrown walled garden into a thriving horticultural and environmental centre that will supply vegetables to the local community.
