Carrie Gracie talks about her decision to quit as the ±«Óãtv's China editor over equal pay. Plus the parents of premature babies calling for extended parental leave.

Carrie Gracie has resigned as the ±«Óãtv's China editor citing pay inequality with male colleagues. She said the support she has received has been "very moving". The ±«Óãtv has said there is "no systemic discrimination against women". She speaks to Jane Martinson about her decision.

A council in London has become one of the first employers in the UK to introduce extended maternity and paternity leave for all staff whose babies are born prematurely. Councillor Clyde Loakes from Waltham Forest Council joins Jane to discuss, as well as Sarah Miles, from the charity The Smallest Things, who has been campaigning for change.
