Pointless presenter Alexander Armstrong chats to Janice Forsyth about his new album of Christmas classics, In a Winter Light.

The Royal Lyceum Theatre Edinburgh brings a bit of middle-eastern heat to the stage this Christmas. It's a magic carpet ride of a show that promises to transport you from a cold Scottish winter to a far-off land filled with genies, hidden treasure, pirates and heroes. Janice is joined by the star of the show, Rehanna Macdonald, and award winning director Joe Douglas

The film WASTED from 2009 is the story of two young people and the characters they meet on the streets of Glasgow. Director and co-writer CAROLINE PATERSON and actor KATE DICKIE talk to Janice about a special screening of the film, with all proceeds going to charity.

The island of Little Ross was unknown to most people until 1960 when a murder in the lighthouse buildings brought it widespread notoriety. A new book, LIFE AND DEATH ON LITTLE ROSS is written by well-known Kirkcudbright author David Collin, who almost 60 years ago found himself part of the island's disturbing and unusual story.

Our Tuesday reviewers, broadcaster and writer NICKY MARR, ±«Óãtv Poet in Residence STUART PATERSON and playwright and poet GARY ROBERTSON, take a trip to the theatre for their local festive show, watch FEUD: BETTE AND JOAN, a ±«Óãtv drama series about the rivalry between Hollywood legends Bette Davis and Joan Crawford, and another new ±«Óãtv programme, SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER: THE ULTIMATE DISCO MOVIE, presented by Bruno Tonioli and marking the 40th anniversary of the blockbuster film.
