Join Mark Stephen and Euan McIlwraith for the latest outdoor activities from Shetland to the Borders, plus the key stories for those who live and work in the countryside.

Euan finds out how peatland is being restored and protected with an interesting use of old ski equipment.

Fresh Food Express is a company based in Angus that brings the farmers' market into your home with the click of a mouse. Mark finds out how it works.

We get an update from the Aviemore and Glenmore Community Trust on their bid to take control of Cairnform Mountain via Asset Transfer.

And after the news we have a bit of a snowy theme.

We hear from ski resorts across the country including Cairngorm, Glenshee, Glencoe, The Lecht and Lowther Hills to see what the ski forecast is looking like for the weekend.

Mark visits Mar Lodge which has just become the largest nature reserve in the UK.

Helen meets Ashie Brebner, part of a group who built the Secret Howff off Ben a Bhuird in the 1950s. He's just published his memoirs which describe his fascinating life playing in the Cairngorms as a young man through to setting up the first ever nature guiding company in the Highlands.

The Snow Roads Scenic Route is a 90 mile journey from Blairgowrie to Grantown-on-Spey traversing the highest public road in Britain. It's been launched by the Cairngorm National Park and Mark heads up to Braemar to find out more.

And our soundscape comes from Skye.
