How and when do you tell a new date about a difficult personal situation or medical condition you're dealing with? To start our new series Dating with Difficulties we hear from Samantha who is living with HIV.

Can talking therapy help women who experience side-effects as a result of treatment for breast cancer? A new study is looking at whether Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) can help women suffering menopausal-type symptoms such as hot flushes or night sweats. We hear from Professor Deborah Fenlon who'll leading the trial, Baroness Delyth Morgan Chief Executive of Breast Cancer Now and Jodi Wilson who's being treated for breast cancer.

What will be the impact of the UK government's decision to allow women from Northern Ireland to have abortions provided by the NHS in England? More details on how the plan will be implemented are still to be finalised. Joining us Labour MP Stella Creasy who proposed the amendment that triggered the change and Emma Campbell from the group Alliance for Choice which campaigns for abortion rights in Northern Ireland.

Jane Duncan, president of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), on the need to celebrate women's contribution to architecture and the challenges still facing women who want to succeed in the profession.
