Two hundred peers conclude a marathon discussion on the Brexit Bill. Susan Hulme covers the debate and has the best of the rest of Tuesday in the Commons and the Lords.
Peers bring to an end their two-day debate on the Bill that starts Britain's divorce process from the European Union. Susan Hulme reports on the marathon discussion that involved some 200 peers.
