We speak to one dad about taking five months off work when his baby was born and hear from Sarah Jackson, Chief Executive of Working Families and Maggie Stilwell, Managing Partner for Talent UK and Ireland at EY.

On Friday we heard producer Siobhann Tighe describe her experience of finding herself next to a man on a bus who was watching porn on his mobile. Many people contacted Woman's Hour to give their reaction and to let us know about similar experiences. We'll hear from some of them and will also be talking to Rhiannon Lucy Cosslett who writes for The Guardian and was co-founder of the feminist blog, The Vagenda.
