We talk to one woman who used a matchmaking agency. A year and a half later, she's still single but is four thousand pounds poorer. What can you expect from a matchmaking agency? Profits are down at several of the UK's biggest estate agents, while online estate agents like Yopa, Purplebricks or eMoov are reporting rapid gains.
