Each week, songs are played connected to members of 'The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame'. Continuing our alphabetical look at the list, we hear 'Fever' by Little Willie John and 'The Best Of My Love' by the Eagles in honour of producer Glyn Johns inducted in the musical excellence category. In 'A Matter Of Life And Death', we celebrate the birthday on this date in 1948 of James Taylor by playing 'Carolina In My Mind' from his debut album released by The Beatles' Apple Records. Paul pays tribute to Dan Hicks, who has recently died, by featuring his recording of his song 'Walkin' One And Only'. 'It's Not The Same Old Song' highlights 'Here I Am' by Dionne Warwick and a different song with the same title by Al Green.

In the feature called 'Beyond The Sea', Paul plays a song from a UK artist's biggest-selling album in America. Tonight, we hear tracks from LPs by Traffic and Radiohead. 'The Other Number Ones' are records that reached the top of the American chart in 'Cash Box' magazine, but not in the Hot 100 of the other US chart publication 'Billboard'. This week's examples are by the Zombies and En Vogue.

Our R&B number ones are from 2012 and now by Beyonce and Lalah Hathaway. We hear Country number ones from 1975 and this week by Freddy Fender and Maren Morris. Our featured past and present Rock number ones are by Everclear and Twenty One Pilots. The number one album for an eleventh week is '25' by Adele and 'Work' by Rihanna featuring Drake is the best-selling song of the week.
