Regarded by many critics as the best all-round actor that the Kapoor family has produced, Ranbir made his screen debut in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Saawariya' in 2007. Despite a lukewarm reception, the actor has now become Bollywood's number one hero with critical acclaim for his work in movies like 'Rockstar', 'Yeh Jaawani Hai Deewani' and 'Barfi'.
In this interview Ranbir talks about the pressure of part of the illustrious Kapoor family, his relationship with his father Rishi and his childhood dream to be a karate instructor.
