From harp plucking cherubs resting on fluffy clouds to a long tailed beast engulfed by flames, most of us have a specific image of heaven and hell in our minds. Mona Siddiqui, Professor of Islamic and Interreligious Studies at Edinburgh University, Quaker and scholar Alastair McIntosh, and theologian Pádraig Ó Tuama delve beneath the clichés and explore the meaning of paradise and eternal damnation.

And we'll be marking Easter Sunday with a special feature, when Anna Magnusson looks at the difficult events of the last 18 months in Glasgow, and explores what the city's response might tell us about the meaning of Easter.
