Janice Forsyth discusses poetry with Louis de Bernieres, talks about music with The Feeling and chats about creepy estate agents with novelist Phil Hogan.

Louis de Bernières is best known as the author of Captain Corelli's Mandolin. But for years he's also been privately writing poetry. He's launching St Andrews poetry festival StAnza, and talks to Janice about his lifelong love of verse.

Poets Brian Ferguson and Suzanne Steele are also appearing at StAnza. Suzanne went to Afghanistan as an artist in residence for the Canadian armed forces, and Brian was a serving Infantry Team Leader in the US army. They discuss exploring wartime experiences through words.
