Cookery series. Aldo Zilli and Silvena Rowe end their road trip in Muker, where they compete to create a winning dish with two items from a Yorkshire Dales kitchen.
It is the last day of the road trip for top chefs Aldo Zilli and Silvena Rowe. They have travelled the length and breadth of the UK entering country show food competitions, and are all set for a nail-biting final showdown. Their fifth and final destination is Muker in the Yorkshire Dales, and it is their last chance at scoring a victory against the locals - and indeed beating each other - with 'two items from a Dales kitchen'.
There is time though to meet up with one of the area's finest food producers. Alison and Nick run the village B&B and are at the hub of the local community. Alison is determined to impress the professionals with her whisky and ginger wine cake.
Inspired by some local fayre, the duo have to get to grips with their own interpretation of 'local'. They have everything to fight for and show judge Val Punchard is looking for show-stopping entries. The gloves are off.
