Manish Bhasin presents all the action from the League Cup as six of the final eight teams do battle, with matches including Swansea v Middlesbrough and Norwich v Aston Villa.
We're down to the last eight of the 2012 League Cup, and with Leeds meeting Chelsea on 19 December this programme features highlights from Swansea's match against the Championship's form team, Middlesbrough.
Also, Norwich welcome back former manager Paul Lambert to Carrow Road as the Canaries meet Aston Villa. And League Two's giant-killers Bradford City play host to an Arsenal side who had scored 13 goals in their two previous League Cup ties.
