Sharon’s hurt to realise Jack betrayed her. At court, Phil’s concerned for Sharon who reveals she knows about Phil’s crack addiction. Phil doesn’t want Sharon questioned. Jimmie knows the Judge is a soft touch and presents Phil as a reformed character. While the Judge considers, Phil admonishes Lola for hesitating when asked how she’d feel if Lexi lived with him. The Judge appoints Phil Lexi’s kinship foster carer – Lola will have contact three times a week. Lola’s dismayed that her contact arrangements haven’t changed. Phil’s dismissive. He, Sharon and Jimmie head off to celebrate, leaving a tearful Lola alone outside the court.

Mr Lister wants a haircut at Booty for his daughter’s wedding. He’s nervous when Bianca serves him; there’s a thawing between them as they discuss their children. Mr Lister promises to forget about the court order but later accuses Bianca of stealing his missing £20; he’s mortified when Poppy finds it and gives it to Bianca.

Derek claims their “friends” want more money; Max guiltily tells Tanya he can’t accompany her for her scan results. Tanya’s grateful when Lauren goes with her to hospital. Tanya’s noticed an atmosphere between Abi and Lauren and recalls she used to worry about Rainie dying when she was younger. Lauren’s shocked to realise Abi feels the same about her. At home, Max is unable to raise the money and worries about Tanya’s results. He’s relieved when a jubilant Tanya and Lauren arrive home – Tanya’s scan is clear.
