Cookery contest. The celebrities face a pressure test at top Indian restaurant La Porte des Indes, where they much prepare a lunch service for paying customers.

This catch-up episode of the cookery contest sees journalist Kirsty Wark, social historian Ruth Goodman, former England rugby captain Phil Vickery and actor Ricky Groves battling it out to impress John Torode and Gregg Wallace.

After eight gruelling challenges, one has fallen, and the remaining three contestants are on location at top Indian restaurant La Porte des Indes for the pressure test. Working under chef and patron Mehernosh Mody, the contestants take on their first challenge within a high-end restaurant kitchen, preparing a lunch service for paying customers. In the heat of the professional kitchen, though, the celebrities are pushed to the limit as they struggle to keep up with the lunchtime rush.

Next, Mehernosh challenges the contestants to cook his signature dish: Crab Malabar. With the high standards already set, can the celebrities deliver a winning dish, or will the pressure prove too much?
