Should MPs fight their expenses demands?
Graham Stewart asks if our polticians are right to call foul over demands to pay back expenses which were legal at the time.
Scottish representatives alone have been ordered to pay back tens of thousands of pounds. Many, however, say retrospective rules are unfair and at least one former MP is protesting that he doesn't owe a penny. Should we defend natural justice? Or is it time to pay up and shut up?
