Archie realises the Vic is going to be empty that night as the Vic is ‘on tour’ at the firework party. As Billy and Jay toast Archie, he visits Janine and hands her some matches, telling her he’s had a change of heart. They’re going to do it - and pin it on Billy.

Ian’s time with Oscar goes well, and he tells Jane he’ll consider adopting. Then Lucy arrives home. Ian tells Jane no one will give her a child while she’s in a state like this.
