A hardened Tanya sets about rebuilding her life, leaving Abi feeling left out in the cold, while Jack takes pity on Max. Meanwhile, Ronnie and Janine go head-to-head.

Max has spent the night in his car and receives an even colder welcome when he tries to talk to Tanya – she simply throws his belongings on the street. Tanya spends the day calling Lauren’s social worker, desperate to get her home. Jack takes pity on Max and offers him a place to stay, Max accepts but the brother’s can’t help but argue. With all of Tanya’s attentions focussed on getting Lauren back, Abi feels neglected. Tanya apologises and they make up. Tanya’s happiness is short lived though when Lauren’s social worker arrives and reveals Lauren doesn’t want to come home.

Janine pleads with Billy to forgive her. He eventually does and then helps her get her cleaning job back at R&R’s. She hates the work but realises there might be more opportunities when she overhears Jack and Ronnie arguing. Her resolve doesn’t last long though and she ends up quitting again and then pleading for her job back again. Later whilst clearing up dog mess outside R&R Janine meets Jack and likes what she sees.

Dot tries to avoid Bradley’s questions about how long Dotty is staying with her. Later she admits to Zainab she’s worried she’s taken on too much with Dotty but Zainab reassures her. However, when Bradley and Dot discuss Jim’s home visit and Bradley wrongly assumes Jim knows about Dotty all of Dot’s worries re-surface.

Jane and Christian persuade Ian to give them 2 weeks to turn Fit For A Queen around.
