Do you worry how your elderly relatives are being cared for?

With a new helpline for care home residents being launched, Graham Stewart takes your calls on elder abuse. Plus: Have your Scottish banknotes ever been refused?

The care provider Southern Cross is pioneering a helpline for residents in all of its care homes, staffed by independent advisors from the charity Action on Elder Abuse. According to the Care Commission elderly abuse is vastly under-reported. So just how big is the problem? If you're a victim, a relative or you work in a care home: I want to hear from you.

And: Have you ever felt like a second-class citizen when shops refuse to accept your Scottish banknotes?

The Shadow Scottish Secretary David Mundell thinks it's long before time we got to grips with this perennial complaint. He's launching a private member's bill in the Commons to make it illegal for shopkeepers in England to refuse our banknotes.

Graham Stewart takes your calls, texts and emails.
