Prom 15: Beethoven Night
Charles Hazlewood and Suzy Klein present Beethoven Night with his Violin Concerto in D and 5th Symphony. Also, in the studio is Beethoven enthusiast and expert John Suchet.
Charles Hazlewood and Suzy Klein bring back an old Proms tradition of a Beethoven Night with Beethoven's Violin Concerto in D played by virtuoso violinist Nikolaj Znaider with the talented youngsters of the Gustav Mahler Jugendorchester under conductor Sir Colin Davis, and Beethoven's mighty 5th Symphony played by the ±«Óãtv Symphony Orchestra conducted by David Robertson. Joining Charles and Suzy in the studio is Beethoven enthusiast and expert John Suchet.
