Are we a nation of bad drivers?

Graham Stewart takes your calls on proposals to reform driving tests and Should the abortion limit be lowered?

Children under 17 will get the chance to gain a qualification in safe road use, under new proposals to reform the driving test system. The foundation course will be piloted in Scotland and could be extended across Britain if successful. Other ideas include post-test courses, for example in motorway use, which could cut drivers' insurance rates. Could we all do with a refresher on our driving skills? And should all of us have to sit an exam to ensure our skills are up to date?

Plus: How tightly should we regulate the access women have to an abortion?

A new cross-party group at Westminster has started a campaign to reduce the time a woman is allowed to have an abortion from 24 to 20 weeks. Should any change to the abortion law be a matter of conscience, or a decision that should only be made on medical grounds? Is abortion too easily available?

Graham Stewart (standing in for Gary Robertson) takes your calls, texts and emails.
