Have you been a victim of vandalism?

Two in every five drivers say they've been the victim of vandalism. So does this include you? Have you had windows smashed or your paintwork scratched? And what did you do about it? It's being claimed most people don't even call the police to report damage. We've been hearing this morning about football coaching being used to keep young people away from anti-social behaviour. Is this the right way to spend money? Or do we need to come down hard on vandals with tough community service sentences or jail? Do the police do enough to catch petty criminals like vandals?
